Good rest and good food at the restaurant
The room was nice and we were able to eat our late dinner at the restaurant. In the morning the very friendly staff did recommend a good place for breakfast.

Excellent, and excellent value, for ferry travellers and expo visitors
Spacious room (we were upgraded), really nice and comfortable and great facilities. Roof view. Good location for ferry and expo and good view of expo lights.
Not the prettiest surroundings apart from expo. Though lots of cheap eateries around.

Was pleasantly surprised with the free upgraded room. Spacious and clean room, and helpful staff.
Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. The hotel upgraded our room from a standard twin room to a triple room. The room was clean and spacious, so was the toilet and shower area. The full height glass panel doors leading to the toilet and shower areas helped to keep the cold air out.
If the room faces the rear of hotel, charcoal smell can be detected if windows are opened for ventilation. There is a bus stop near the hotel, however, there isn't much bus information that could be found at the bus stop (just a bench, without shelter and no idea of bus schedules)
